Technical Features
1. Lanrry waste tire recycling plant is proven to transfer waste tires into clean rubber granule form with virtually all steel and fiber removed.This line adopts a physically processing technical, working in the normal temperature, causing no secondary pollution.
2. The double shaft shredder is controlled by Siemens PLC unit, enabling automatic reverse for overload protection and minimizing blades damages. Customers can choose assembly blades, which is convenient for replacement.
3. The rasper is used as secondary shredder for further size reduction and it can separate the wire from rubber in the purest, cleanest form by magnetic separator.
4. The rubber granulator adopts specially designed blade structure with high crushing efficiency. The blade is made of high alloy steel, which effectively reduces the maintenance frequency. Exchangeable wear parts makes maintenance easily.
5. The multi magnetic separators can completely separate the rubber particles from steel wire.
6. The grinding disc of the mill is made of wear-resistant materials, equipped with a water cooling system and temperature monitoring system to prevent fire risks and ensure stable continuous operation.
7. Multi-point fiber extraction and separation to ensure the purity of rubber particles or powder.
