Technical Features
1. Automated control of the entire line. This system is efficient, user-friendly and energy-saving, with customized capacity.
2. The granulator is for initial crushing for various film. It has special design that the materials will not twist the knife, which is effective and stable.
3. The pre-washing machine can separate out most of the sediment, which can reduce the load of subsequent crushing and cleaning.
4. The friction washer operates at high speed and the impurities will be discharged through the sieve mesh, which has good cleaning effect.
5. The sink floating tank adopts strong pressure roller design to fully immerse the material in water and maximize the separation of impurities attached to the surface of the material. The claw type discharging method ensures the uniformity of the discharged material while controlling the water content. The whole machine adopts V-shape design with slag collecting screw at the bottom, and the impurities are discharged through the slag discharging screw without manual slag discharging.
6. The dewatering machine adopts high-speed centrifugal dewatering to effectively control the water content of materials. The sieve mesh is equipped with scraping device to avoid impurities blocking the hole mesh.
7.The extruder pelletizer is designed with high torque and low speed screw to control the moisture content of the material within 5%, which is convenient for subsequent pelletizing.
8. The whole line adopts water circulation system, connecting the drainage of each equipment through pneumatic membrane valve, entering the circular vibrating screen filtering, and then replenishing the fresh water after precipitation to the corresponding equipment, which ensures the cleaning effect and reduces the water consumption at the same time.
