Working Process

Waste Lithium Batteries PCB Crushing Recycling1,After being discharged by soaked in saline water for 48-72hours,the lithium battery will be sent into the double shaft shredder for pre-shredding. After pre-shredding, the materials will be sent into the hammer mill for further crushing.

2,The shredded material will be sent into trommel screen by blower and cyclone to collect the black powder less than 60 mesh, while the other material will be sent to the Z air separator(which can separate heavier and lighter materials) by the bucket elevator.

3,The heavier materials are transported by the conveyor belt with magnetic separator for sorting out the iron separately. And the lighter materials will be sent to the vibrating screen for collecting the diaphragm.

4,Then the materials will go into the grinder and be sent to circular vibrating screen with two layers, the upper layer will further sift out the diaphragm, while the copper and aluminum is sent by the screw conveyor to the gravity separator(which can separate copper and aluminium) and the lower layer screens out black powder less than 60 mesh.

5,The whole line is equipped with a negative pressure dust collection system, and there is a cyclone dust collector to collect floating dust. The air is filtered through the high-density film cover bag of the pulse dust collector and goes through the carbon adsorption chamber ,then be discharged by chimney.

6,The purity of final products will be more than 98%, and the recovery rate of copper, aluminum and black powder are more than 96%,95% and 98% respectively.
