Product Description
Granulators are high-speed cutting machines that only crush nonferrous metal materials such as PP, PE, PET, PVC, and other waste materials that are less hard, fragile, and have a certain toughness, such as plastic and rubber products. Metallic materials or hard foreign objects are not permitted to enter the crushing chamber during the crushing process.
The size of the screen aperture can determine the material size.
Granulators are simple to operate and maintain, making it an excellent choice for primary shredding in recycling plants.
Our granulators have the following features:
1-It is made of high-strength carbon steel welding.
2-The box body is designed to be tilted in half, and equipped with a hydraulic automatic opening and closing device.
3-The screen bracket is equipped with a hydraulic automatic opening and closing device, which reduces the maintenance time.
4-Various cutter configurations, can be adjusted according to different material properties.
5-The overall design of the bearing seat is processed and formed, with high strength and is not easy to damage.
6-outer bearing seat is separated from the case, which can prevent dust impurities from entering it.
